Pick a Die Cuts With a View stack and create your swap items! Items to be based on the poem below (yes, this idea is based on one I saw somewhere else). A few special submission requirements listed last.
Tryin' on Clothes by Shel Silverstein
I tried on the farmer's hat,
Didn't fit...
A little too small -- just a bit
Too floppy.
Couldn't get used to it,
Took it off.
I tried on the dancer's shoes,
A little too loose.
Not the kind you could use
for walkin'.
Didn't feel right in 'em,
Kicked 'em off.
I tried on the summer sun,
Felt good.
Nice and warm -- knew it would.
Tried the grass beneath bare feet,
Felt neat.
Finally, finally felt well dressed,
Nature's clothes fit me best.
So, "what exactly am I to do?" may be your question - well - here goes:
First stanza will be used to determine your own theme for your creation of either an ATC Title Block Set or a license plate with brads. The verse is below again:
I tried on the farmer's hat,
Didn't fit...
A little too small -- just a bit
Too floppy.
Couldn't get used to it,
Took it off.
You could choose farmer, hat, small, floppy, off, whatever comes to mind - you get the idea. You will want to write it somewhere for your reference - you will need it later. Just, based on your theme (everyone uses their own), create your items.
Second stanza will be used to determine your own theme for your creation of either a journal block or photo mat (any size allowed for this requirement). The verse is below:
I tried on the dancer's shoes,
A little too loose.
Not the kind you could use
for walkin'.
Didn't feel right in 'em,
Kicked 'em off.
maybe dance, maybe feet, maybe swirls and twirls or prom - whatever you choose - just remember so you can list it later in the submission phase.
Third stanza will be used to determine your own theme for your creation of either 2 greeting cards (with envelopes if not standard 4.5x5.5 size) or 6 jumbo paper clip items (jumbo = 2.5" size. If you use the giant, only 2 are required). The cards/clip items may each be different or the same. Verse below:
I tried on the summer sun,
Felt good.
Nice and warm -- knew it would.
Tried the grass beneath bare feet,
Felt neat.
Finally, finally felt well dressed,
Nature's clothes fit me best.
again, your choice of theme - obvious (warm, nice, dressed, felt) or not so obvious (melting, growing, etc.) - just remember for submission requirement.

Sending your swap items:
1) send each group of three bagged.
2) include your screen name as well as the list of the themes for each stanza (ex: you could pick stanza one - floppy bunny ears, stanza two - stubbed toes from kicking, stanza three - green grass in the spring)
otherwise, all shipping rules are the same.
Any questions?
