Couldn't resist this one. 1) no, you are not trying to win a jar of junk! 2) yes, see the jar of junk below - it does exist! 3) what to do - what items do you think you see in the jar? I am planning to clean it out, so will photo it as I go. Photos below. I am sorry the photos are not more clear, but it is the best I can do when taking a photo of a jar of junk without taking the junk out! You have until 8/10. good luck! DS was afraid to open at home - he thought it was a decoration - and needed one of the pieces he saw - it wasn't then and I wasn't planning it, but kind of getting used to my jar of junk that was found when clearing the table after emptying my purse and a bag from travel - along with the other items that accumulated when I had been on the road training. view in top of jar 20150801_090026 by scraprageous, on Flickr view from sides 20150801_085558 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085755 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085801 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085806 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085813 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085818 by scraprageous, on Flickr view of base 20150801_085851 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085858 by scraprageous, on Flickr 20150801_085904 by scraprageous, on Flickr

After thinking - I think answering here is fine. I can tell who posts something first to give the appropriate credit. There are a couple of items I don't know if everyone knows what they are, so maybe helping would be fun. So - post here and I will take first come/first count on answers. To facilitate this 1) no back to back posts (sorry, but need to try for fair) 2) max of three items per post may be listed at a time. 3) in case of a tie, if exact use or board game (hint, hint will be used as tie breaker. Otherwise it goes to a drawing. Good luck and have fun!

figured you would notice the blood tube and syringe However, I didn't use either for medical purposes. Only one medical purpose item that is used for med purposes can be seen in pics - we use for sheep.

Here's another post, separated by a date. I've done 3 back to back posts but all on different dates. Does that make it okay? Buy, hey, Ceceparsley and kmg have more than I do, so what the heck. I'm going to lose anyway, but I got caught up in the search fun.
white scalloped edge thing with a black stripe (something) on it pin --the kind that has the post out the back, it goes through clothing and it is secured with a clasp, for lack of a better word clear bead

Sorry, but dates don't count as separators, but now, you can post your items again! (hint - no idea what you mean by scallop with black stripe)
official counts (may change as I verify who guessed what)
Cecily: 10 full points plus 1/2 of a point (on item that if someone gets more specific, they get the point)
KMG: 9 full points plus 1/2 of a point (on item that if someone gets more specific, they get the point)
Kathi: 3 full points, plus 1 1/2 points (on items you have named, but if someone gets more specific, they will get the point). I haven't added your last guess with scallop with stripe in these totals.
I will photograph items Wednesday with final scores. I will try to update as well as I have time today and tomorrow.
Update: You do have until 8/11/2015 to post items. Sorry, but I have to be gone on Tuesday and won't have time to photograph jar contents until that time.

Just thought - I won't be changing jar contents/photos, so I will check the items I wasn't positive on. Those that are exact (22 items) are below: 20150810_075404 by scraprageous, on Flickr

The white scalloped edge thing is in the August 1 photo posted at 10:22 AM. It is in the first photo, and is directly under the white lace, next to the syringe. The shelf support peg is in picture w/ the number 2015080_085806 by the bottom right corner. It is just to the left of the brown house today's second guess: orange peg-touching the blue mini-book Pokemon game piece-the pink thing at the top of the jar yellow ring at bottom of jar
Someone post so I can re-post my items! Please!!!
