Has anyone here signed up for Subscription Kits, like Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin Up? I am enjoying some videos about how to take the items in the kit and make 30 cards instead of 9.
I am so picky I cant bring myself to purchase the new Brown Bag Mystery Quilt that started Feb 1. Not seeing the fabric is just too hard for me.

I’m not sure I could buy any kind of kit without knowing what was in it. I’m picky too.

I had a Echo Park subscription for a few months but couldn't use it fast enough and I hated to see things piling up!

I've never subscribed to a kit either.
I would have both problems. Too picky and have them pile up.

I have tried lots of kits. I love surprises and learn new things.
I recently turned off my paper pumpkin kit. Loved it, made a lot, but now I am ready for a break. I tend to get for 1-2 years, then break a year or so, then start back up. Right now I am in a phase where I like to do my own thing a bit more. I didn't care for Close to my heart's kits - too limiting and difficult to use other places. However, their page kits were another story. I only bought 1 but consider purchasing when I catch up.
I loved the club scrap kit. Then work got busy and I still have about 8-12 kits to assemble. Loved them and never mind getting things I don't know about. However, I am not afraid to take apart and use how I want instead of how designed. This is one I may start up again once I finish up with the backlog. I do like their papers and that the kits come with enough that if i want to change things up there is plenty to work with.
Didn't care for some other kits I have had in the past. Fun with Quick quotes for a bit, but then I realized I like more plain paper than they include. Once I got so I would add some of my own and edit what they sent - much more fun.
Several others I can no longer remember. The three I mentioned were very fun and I may start them up again in the future.

I have been interested in the SU Pumpkin paper kit. My daughter subscribes and I think it would be fun to work on the cards together.
I subscribed to Simon Says Stamp card kits for a couple of years. They were a very good value and I liked most of the stuff, although not everything was my style. I stopped getting them because I wasn't using them very quickly.

Check out the videos from Stampyourartout.com. She takes one kit, supplies for 9 cards and makes 30 cards. Really amazing.

How cool that you and your daughter craft together. I’m envious.

I have tried LOTS of subscription kits. My latest has been the Cherry Box from www.acherryontop.com . It’s a really nice box with monthly themes. Great if you like to experiment with new techniques and products.
