Sent a number of the same emails out for a golf outing I'm coordinating. About 60 to 65 emails in three disparate batches.
Now century link has my account limited to receive only. Can only chat with a rep to get it fixed and the chat disconnects after displaying I am 68th in queue. Chat available M-F 9-6 Central time. What kind of customer support is that? Absolutely ridiculous. It is my main email. Not for long I guess.
I said some really bad words today.
UPDATE: I have been intermittently checking my email to see if it has been re-enabled. I'm happy to report it has. I can now respond to the emails that I receive. I am, however transitioning away from that as my primary email and will use gmail. It appears I can send a group email (which I think is done by identifying people with labels, which I have done) up to 500 people! Long cry from 65...
One less headache in my life!

This is a new one for me. I have never had that happen. I still have my 29 yr old email acct with AOL. But I mainly use a gmail account.
i am so sorry this has happened to you. You must be burning up the phone line. Or having someone else reply for you. It is always something isn’t it?

Has to be live chat with extremely poor customer service hours.Will keep trying to contact them. I'm a bit surprised how much I already have going to my gmail account. My credit card company reaches out when something questionable pops up. Why couldn't this be treated in a similar manner? Seems Century Link has a "shoot now ask questions later mentality.

Thanks for asking. I'm slowly transitioning to gmail as my main email. I need to find out how many I can send from there before I contact our participants. It's extremely frustrating. I just feel like the whole business world's idea of customer support is crumbling. They want more, more, more but give nothing.
