Great t-shirt. It reminds me of one I heard about: a demolition guy wore a shirt that said on the back: If you see me running, keep up!!!

Cute! I know so many runners, they always want me to run too. I don't enjoy running (never have). I have a bff who agrees - running is for chasing cows or getting away from something - NOT enjoyment. Hats off to all runners (yep, married one so it is interesting)

I can't run because of my back, but I do love my treadmill! I'm great at 3.0 mph, minimum 20 minutes most home days.

we just got a treadmill. Not sure how fast I am going (it isn't fancy - my sister was selling at her garage sale because her and her fiance go to gym and like to work out together), but I am not at 20 minutes yet. Huffing and puffing after about 5 right now, so just trying for multiple times (2-3) a day at 3-5 minutes per time. I can go a bit longer each time! Hopefully I will get to 30 minutes at a steeper incline by January.

Lucinda, Be careful! Congrats on the effort. I've been on the treadmill 3-4 days a week for about 3 1/2 years! It'took me a long time to stop sweating when I exercise. And I increased my incline for 1-2 seconds at a time ever 6-8 months. Just be proud of your effort. And be safe when you fly. I hope to exercise Saturday and Sunday so maybe we can do something together-or with anyone who wants to join us. Kathi
