Around here, omelet mornings mean individual toppings. And, if you are my boys - add a fiber bar, toast, and 3 cuties to your 3 egg omelets. Then come ask mom what else there is for breakfast. This morning - this is what the choices were: ham (low fat) onion green pepper mushroom pepperoni - just regular potato (never tried this until today in an omlet) cheeses - cheddar, Parmesan, velveta or light (out of American right now and didn't feel like shredding swiss) every omelet was served differently what would you choose?

sounds like a good addition. Yes, I keep canned and frozen spinach on hand - definitely will be adding some to mine next time Potatoes on the side is definitely easier than in the omelet, but ds wanted them inside so in they went. I tried that way as well - very yummy. Mine was onion, mushroom, green peppers, ham, potato, light cheese and a tbsp of extra sharp cheddar. Very filling Your usual breakfast sounds similar to mine - only I have a piece of light string cheese with a banana Thursday's are usually omelet days around here.

goat cheese is always good, but we were out. The only way I have added tomato is usually as salsa, but plain could be interesting too Italian dressing - that is a new one to me, but would be very flavorful
