To chalk - a cotton ball, actually 1/3 of a cotton ball.
Paintbrush for the bleach application.
She does use a powder thing before adding the versamark ink for embossing.

I know she uses cotton balls, I found a box of q-tips I brought down and put at my table. Cooler weather = more time to scrap (after the election, that is).
