Yep - plain old crayon sample 20221117_130130 by scraprageous, on Flickr hmm, photo doesn't do it anywhere near justice - I bought the embossing folder and used what crayons I could find in a baggie. Thinking of trying the pearlized crayola's to see if they make it more brilliant, but in person, it looks a lot better. I'm sure better lighting would help. Thinking of adding the green. Mine was mainly to know if the technique worked. It does, now to do some fine tuning. There are none. That said - regular crayolas are great - if you have time, pickup a set of construction paper crayolas - puts this image to shame and looks more like top one. No embossing required. However, now i need to play I embossed paper colored with crayola heat embossed - disappears on black, turns color as shown on white re-colored on the black re-embossed because I pushed too hard. will try to post some with my new box of crayons
