Just a fun card - I didn't get to use this for Valentines day, so figured an everyday card might be fun! Feels good to create something again. whoops - missed the part of technique - will put another card up for challenge up later. This one is already spoken for!

One of the messiest, but still a favorite - Glitter Lace from January 2014 The lettering didn't turn out perfect, and too thick to mail. But - it will look great on the gift! Flower is from another technique challenge - maybe two sites ago? 20150419_163001 by scraprageous, on Flickr

OK, this may be difficult to see, but I choose the painting tape and ink technique. i choose a sage green, a colonial blue and then silver. I rubbed the tape on the ink, then a piece of white paper. I did it twice because the paper was larger than the ink pad. You have to look carefully at the layers because I took a cotton ball dipped in pale pink ink and swirled it around the layers in an attempt to blur the edges of the ink pad on the same color line. Then I did so with another color blue. I really like the results. I plan to use it in the near future. The second picture is the card more completed. I should have taken a photo before I swirled, but I was on a roll. Sorry you can't see the ink differential, but they are there. P.S. If anyone knows how to make the picture smaller please tell me. I have to make them larger on Shutterfly in order to get the "copy image location" line up to be able to post it on this site.
